Great set; I have no complaints about that. However, I bought it through Revain. During the checkout process the system indicated that this product is new and will be shipped directly from Revain. The box turned out to be in good condition, but when I started to unpack the contents my disappointment began. When I lifted the compressor out of its undamaged packaging, I found that one of the handle's attachment points had completely broken off the compressor block. It was obviously in this condition when the unit was boxed as I barely had it to hand when I discovered it. It's okay, I can live with that. I'll just ask Bosch to send me another pen. Then I connected the compressor and flipped the switch, nothing. The compressor did not turn on. I tried another outlet with the same results - nada. Boy I'm getting mad It looks like I was sent a used and untested device. So the compressor has some problems, no problem. I'll just ask Revane to send me another one. No dice; Revain shifted responsibility and advised me to contact the manufacturer for a warranty repair. So, I am paying Revain for an item, I am waiting over a week for it to arrive, when I receive it and open it, it is in poor condition and not working, and now I have to source a suspected branded item - is the item refurbished? Seriously, Revain, this is a complete lack of customer service. They took my money, purposely sent me a defective device, and then sent me to have a 'new' device repaired. Many Thanks. From now on I buy tools locally. And I will advise others to do the same. So the moral of the story is caution. You too may think that you only get a new device to get a used or refurbished one.
