Easy to install and looks good so far. About 1 out of 3 bulbs out of the box didn't work for me, regardless of normal or reverse polarity. I did the first check (1/3 didn't work), sorted the work lights, checked the work lights again and put 27 red lights on my rollback. I had to remove and replace about 4 which stopped working within the first 10 minutes of operation. That being said, I've driven my truck about a thousand miles in moderate to severe conditions and temperatures, and they all seem to be holding up well.
