Background: no diabetic feet, going barefoot indoors and sometimes outdoors (don't do that), did the same with most of its competitors. I used to use callus blades and callus razors but I kept cutting myself and this is a quality replacement. It resembles a cheese grater and works in a similar way. You will definitely need a trash can to work your feet underneath as dead skin can fly. I highly recommend proceeding with caution if you don't master this as it can be overly effective. You don't want to get your feet wet and if you go too far it will hurt. This only works for me if my feet are dry, I have moderate calluses especially on the sides of my big toes. Easy to disinfect and effective, highly recommended!
