Very cute and lightweight but not flimsy

Bought these for my daughter's cat birthday party and everyone wore them in place of party hats. Very light and they don't put too much pressure on the head like some plastic headbands. Everyone - adults and children - wore them throughout the party and forgot they were even on it. Super sweet
