In general we are happy with these mirrors. We installed them on the 2018 Tundra. The fit and finish are good, and the power and heated mirrors work as a factory option. We didn't have turn signals on our factory mirrors, but the wiring connector was the same and the turn signals worked on the tow mirrors. They're relatively easy to install, but beware of the fragile plastic clips used on the pads. I used a magnet to get to the nuts holding the mirrors in place without lowering them into the door frame because it's difficult to get your hand in the small space. My only complaint is that the driver's side mirror makes a lot of noise when driving. It makes noise whether it is extended or not.
