Improved My Overall Fitness

As a result of using this TRAINING kit i found that my overall fitness has improved drastically. The variety of exercises available in the kit helped me work on my cardio, strength, and endurance. I especially enjoyed the kickboxing component as it helped me improve my coordination and technique. However, the kit does not come with clear instructions on how to use all the equipment, which can be tricky for beginners .Overall, I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking to improve their fitness and boxing skills..
