Easy to use and spool up, but the locking mechanism is useless
I've always been pleased with the design and quality of Dewalt products, but this is lacking - mostly because the locking feature is virtually useless. It doesn't click into place by itself, you simply insert the crank. If the spool is loose or the handle has no play, you will lose the measurement. Terrible design
