Review on 🔧 Ideaker Industrial Combination: Horizontal Bearings, Power Transmission, and Linear Motion Products by Brian Garrett

The lead screw and nut I received are excellent with little noticeable play. However: The rod holders are not correct. The top of the socket protrudes about 1.5mm above the top of the assembled bearing block which means that anything attached to the bearings cannot protrude past the socket unless you add a shim. It took me a redesign and hours of work because I couldn't wait for a replacement. On all other linear bearings/rods/support systems I've bought, the top of the bearing block was flush with or slightly above the seat, allowing anything bolted to the bearings to slide on the seat. (Yes, I misunderstand the technical names of these parts.) One of the support bearings lost a ball bearing before I put it back together. If I had time I would send it back and ask for an exchange. But I don't know what these traders are likely to rely on.
