Review on 🌺 Flowering Teapot Kettle Warmer with Infusers by Jared Coleman

Love this cute new kettle! It can be used in the microwave to heat or warm up tea. But it comes with a black case that fits snugly around the pot. I thought it might be difficult to put on but it slips easily through the handle and zips up the front. I had to post pictures so you can appreciate the ease of use. I didn't have to heat the tea unless it was sitting there for a very long time. If for any reason you need to warm up your tea, simply pull out the tea infuser and remove the lid and lid sleeve. Then place in the microwave, cover and seal again. This is my first review of Willow & Everett. I am very pleased with Willow & Everett and co-owner Camilla who wrote to make sure I was happy with the kettle I ordered and to personally thank me for my purchase. I informed her that the teapot I received had minor imperfections. They answered me quickly to apologize and to let me know that they will do their best to make me happy. If it was acceptable to me they would immediately send a new kettle to replace it. They told me to just get rid of the defective product. She did her best to solve the problems. I thought they would ask about the kettle but they didn't, just photos or video of what was wrong in the email. They didn't know I can't go back to return things so I'm very happy with the service and the kettle replacement. I received a new kettle in a few days, not weeks. They make a great product and have a fantastic customer service department. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.
