I like the sturdy stainless steel construction. They feel good in the hand and work well. Many cheese knives have wooden handles, otherwise they are difficult to clean. After all, these things are sharp, and some cheese knives have two sharp edges. But these WoneNice knives are all stainless steel, and we were lucky enough to just pop them in the dishwasher (just be careful not to let the sharp edges point up or land your fingers when emptying the dishwasher). In addition, they have shapes that are often recommended for cutting different types of cheese. I just wish they had a little guide explaining what each knife is best for. I had to spend some time watching cheese cutting videos to figure it out. Slate markers are cute, but I doubt most people will ever use them unless they're trying to impress someone with their cheese delicacy. I would prefer a sharpening stone.
