Review on RFID Blocking Travel Wallet Passport by Monica Smith

My passport, money, boarding passes all fit perfectly in a wallet. I liked that I could wear it over my clothes and that it looked good. I am a smaller woman and this product was not too big for me. Minus - somehow he loosened up on me and didn't hold tight. I took it off to see what was wrong and couldn't find the reason - everything seemed to be holding up (the strap was a new shape, the little plastic control gizmos held up), but after an hour of wearing, the strap ended up loose on my hips. No idea how it happened. Maybe I did something wrong. (Again, I'm a petite woman and needed the strap to be the minimum width to be snug.) Their customer service contacted me to verify customer satisfaction. They offered a replacement or refund. And they were very quick to execute. I'm writing this review to say the customer service is great and the strap is probably great too. I still don't know what happened in my case. By the way. I would definitely wear it on daily walks, not just travel.
