Disappointed by AZNUT's Paltry Offerings and Awful Support

I was eager to check out AZNUT because I am a cook who places a premium on using only the finest products. Unfortunately, the whole thing left me feeling let down. To begin with, AZNUT's offerings were severely lacking. Despite the company's boasts that they import only the finest goods from all over the globe, I was disappointed to discover that they carried a much smaller assortment of nuts, seeds, and other pantry essentials than other online retailers. In addition, AZNUT's customer care left me feeling frustrated and let down. It took them days to reply to my inquiry about my order, and their responses were uninformative and evasive. Unfortunately, some of the items in my purchase were damaged upon arrival, so I had to send them back after all. AZNUT did eventually offer to reimburse me for the broken items, but doing so was a tedious and time-consuming process. As a whole, AZNUT is not a place I would suggest to anyone in search of upscale supermarket fare. They may believe they have the finest products on the market, but their small inventory and unsatisfactory service set them apart for all the wrong reasons. My advice is to seek elsewhere for your cooking supplies if you can't find a good one here.
