Review on MozArt Supplies Water Brush Pens by Lori Aguirre

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor quality: the ends of the brush are bent, the brush “springs” are moving, 1 leak.

I really wanted to like these pens. I ordered this 6 pack hoping to have at least two brushes - one small and one large - to take with me for watercolor painting. The two pens have loose brush fibers - they move up and down within the pen itself. I don't think I can access that part of the handle to fix it and if I do the glue I can use on this could ruin the handle water feature and prevent water from reaching the end of the brush . The fibers of the brush are connected to form a ring, so to speak. They appear to be attached to the circle and the brush does not shed individual fibers. However, this will likely render those two pens useless. The ends of most of the brushes also appear to be bent, although all of the caps were on when I received the package. I am satisfied with the functionality of at least ONE button. It works as intended, releasing the right amount of water when pressed. I can control it pretty well. The other pen seems to be doing what I want, but it spilled onto the table with the lid closed (everything was sealed). Not sure I'll be returning it as two handles (one large and one small) do what I want. I am NOT happy with the price as only 2 handles out of 6 work well. I have two more pens for more thorough testing.
