Doesn't transmit enough power

Actually, I am returning this product. It cannot transmit enough power to all 4 ports at the same time. I put it by my bed to charge my devices overnight including my iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods and a small fan. The fan could barely run at full speed and my Apple Watch wouldn't charge. I think I need one that plugs directly into an outlet, not a USB port.
