I had to change my rating of this product. For a while I thought it didn't work that well, but you should follow the soap instructions TWICE. I think the first time it cuts through the oil/fat you won't feel as much foam. You should leave it on for at least a few minutes. I will start washing my body as I leave. Then rinse and do it again. It lathers really well this time as it has had a chance to penetrate oil and grease. If I do it like it says on the bottle I can go 2 days before looking very oily again. If I don't do it twice I can get by in a day without looking fat. I ONLY apply conditioner to the ends of my hair, NEVER on the parting or near the scalp. I wash everything off with fairly hot water to try to get rid of the residue that can weigh my hair down and make it greasy faster. I also like that I don't have to use a lot of shampoo, a little goes a long way if you're patient with everything. Also, be sure to shake the bottle well before use.
