TERRIBLE DON'T SPEND YOUR $$$
DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! This rectifier is the worst. Does NOT flatten or straighten my already straight, silky hair. The plates rub against my silky hair, painful and very damaging to the hair. I usually only have to run the chi rectifier over it once and it's done. I thought I would upgrade but it was a big downgrade just MORE EXPENSIVE. And I missed my 4 week window to come back (which I didn't even know about) so now I'm stuck with a very expensive piece of junk. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
