I like that it's very user friendly, there are many features available for free but if you want more advanced options then they have premium plans as well which will give you access to additional tools such as custom domains, email marketing etc. It allows me to create my website with ease and customize everything as per my needs. The support team is also really good at answering any queries or doubts regarding their product. Nothing much in particular. Maybe add some new templates would be nice. We were looking for an online presence of our office so we could easily connect with clients and customers without having to go through emails/phone calls.
