The item arrived quickly but is not an exact replacement. I .

Item arrived quickly but is not an exact replacement. I had to cut the 4 pin connector and plug it into the wire harness. After a little work, the assembly works as it should.

Unitary replacement unit with fan, motor and shroud maximizes replacement efficiency
