Not the prettiest thing, but it WORKS.
This is a small square that can be inserted between a door and a wall. I have two hallway doors that open too far to worry about the handles, but I still have to worry about the doors themselves breaking the edge of the baseboard. It helps. I painted them to match the color of the base and that's it.
