Bought on April 15th 2020 and it's been almost 17 months now and this thing still looked brand new. Quality was good for the price, used for gaming and illustration/editing. It took some time to adjust all the settings to get the right image. Looked great before. I picked it up from my desk and apparently planted it on top of the power cord, luckily causing it to fall face down in both top corners. BUT! it still worked. Only with a very dark red line running top to bottom, slightly off center and the display still worked and looked fine. And then it fell over again while I was sitting at my desk running cables. He wasn't so lucky this time and fell onto the corner of something on the table. There is now a nice 4 inch damage/black spot and a black streak running top to bottom. The base is terrible. Aside from the weird joystick/power button setup, the base is my ONLY downside with this monitor. Most other brands, it really just doesn't have the stuff considering how much weight it holds. Went and bought a similar Dell model with a huge solid base that honestly looks a lot better but I still will my first miss bent wqhd. farewell friend
