Review on SentricHR by Dee Parson

The user interface is pretty modern day looking but still easy enough for employees who have some experience dealing in spreadsheets or computers at all levels. All of my departments can access them from anywhere without having IT involved. I don't like being able to see everyone else's paychecks so easily if not required (in most cases). We really only needed 2-3 screens out side our department when it comes time set up each employee profile which was simple once we had gotten past just getting used to how this functioned internally within SENTRIC! I like the ability to create a custom schedule for each employee. I also like the ability to send out reminders for upcoming events. I dislike the fact that it is very slow to load and sometimes it freezes. I am solving the problem of employee scheduling. I am also solving the problem of employee reminders. I am solving the problem of employee attendance. I am solving the problem of employee performance reviews.
