Ideal for call center work at home

I bought this because a few months ago I took a part time job as a call center operator from home and I want a headset along with other very special ones things need articles . I followed the setup guide exactly and only had one unrelated issue. Occasionally callers would say they couldn't hear me even though the volume was turned up. I accidentally hit the base station with my elbow while this was going on the other day and it cleared up on its own. I took a closer look at the small 12" cable that came with the kit and found that it was stiff and twisted and probably had broken wires inside. I unplugged the handset cord from my spare corded phone (they're cheap, bring an extra if you depend on your gear!) and the problem is now resolved. When I stop having problems with this headset, it will go away completely. meet my requirements. I deducted one star for the cheap cable, which annoyed me at work. Attach a small cord clip to your clothing to keep the cord from tugging as you move, and be gentle with the other end of the cord. Inside are tiny wires that feel flimsy. If you have a similar job and can't afford unplanned downtime, there's no harm in stocking up on an extra headset, corded phone, and extra cables. Very few local retailers sell these things and you will be in trouble if something happens to your gear. They can accidentally snap a dangling cord in a desk drawer (this happens all the time in my daily work), or pets can ruin exposed cords in the home office in seconds. (I have cats that like to nibble on things, and I don't let them anywhere near a string or wire.) I know I don't want to risk my part-time job for something entirely avoidable.
