It's cheap, weak, but worst of all is the sound quality and noise cancellation. It was necessary for work and I do not recommend it. In the end I returned it. In my training group, I wasn't the only one with problems. There are much cheaper options.

We tried several devices to find the perfect headset for our old school office phone system. When you get started with this product, look no further. It's perfect and inexpensive. Only the upper part of the headset holder seemed uncomfortable to me and could have been done better. Otherwise we are very satisfied with this product.

Excellent headset system. I use it for conference calls at work. Frees your hands and the sound is clear. People who have listened to me say that it is very clean with no scratches, breaks or other differences. I can also hear all my colleagues well. Easy to set up and the headset is adjustable for maximum comfort. I love this device! Very important.

I've been trying to use it for a while - sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I'm tech savvy, but all the noise and volume controls were too complicated to figure out. I didn't know whether I was shouting in someone's ear or not to check on the outside. The headset cord holder was useless when not in use and didn't live up to the instructions at all - the headset had to be perfectly balanced to stay in place. The clip to attach it to the shirt was missing in the box.

I have had a similar device from the same company for 15 years. It just became unreliable, which is why I bought this device. It was about 1/4 the price of the original product and it was cheaper with handles and stuff but I expected it for the price and it's not a problem. The headset also appears to be a lot cheaper and probably won't survive a 15 year sentence like my previous one (although the price was right). I expected a $50 headset to be high quality. I was wrong. The first S11 headset I received was not fully assembled. The earpiece was attached to the headset by two tiny speaker wires. The headset didn't work at all. Thinking maybe I got a rare lemon I asked for a replacement. The replacement arrived and parts rattled in the earpiece.
