I am very disappointed. This portal has been on my son's wish list for a year so he can play Skylanders on our iPad. It was $100, so that was his only birthday present from us. Then his grandparents, aunts and uncles bought him matching figurines ($20 to $50 each). Also, all of his Christmas gifts were figurines, and from November through the first half of 2019, he saved all the money he was earning at $0.25 per job to buy more figurines. LESS THAN A YEAR LATER, this portal is no longer supported by the game. That means the portal is useless. This means the characters are useless as you cannot import them into the game. That means the $500+ we spent on the portal and the numbers was a waste of money. I feel sorry for my son who worked so hard to earn this and I feel betrayed as I have to believe that someone (the seller or Amazon) must have known they were selling a product that was in has been unsupported for less than a year and should warned consumers that this is the case. Anyone who has purchased this portal should submit a new portal that supports the game, if one exists at all.
