The most important thing for me is being able to see my active callers at all times of day / night in real time! I am an entrepreneur running multiple businesses so this helps with managing sales goals/targets throughout each week while also monitoring how engaged our customers really were during their calls or emails through out different hours. There isn't too much dislike about it as there's always something new you can learn from your support team when they respond quickly - which makes things easier than if we had just waited around before getting help by calling back later after normal business hour was over..
