The first unit purchased and installed by a plumber. The remaining shower prep completed and ready for tile! Not quite though. We heard loud knocking noises when we turned on any bathroom sink faucet, flushed the toilets, and ran the one shower still working (happens with both hot/cold water). The plumber came back out and troubleshooted the issue (after taking down one whole prepped wall) he found it was the valve. We ordered another and it arrived pretty fast. However, after the plumber installed the 2nd one it does the same thing. Funny thing is it did not do it right away, so the plumber thought the issue was corrected and went on his way. After flushing a few times thru the day and running water, we started to hear the knocking noises again.faint at first and then began being just as loud as the first one. Still at a stand still as to what to do (purchase) to get this resolved. Too bad as it is a good looking shower system. I do not want to try a third one though. I'm done with Cobbe.
