I ended up giving it a 3 star overall rating because I like the usefulness of the product in the end but it was difficult(?) to assemble it for my phone. too heavy to go through the hole, or maybe the hole is too heavy to go through the bolt. I almost gave up because I have tendonitis. After that I had to put ice on my wrists! Maybe add a small tool to hold the hole open, or maybe a small clamping tool to pull the bolt out? I had to use my nails which are on the brittle side so they snapped a bit.
