Review on Managed Service Provider by Jermaine Shuster

The team at NRP has been very responsive with my questions or concerns as well as quick turnaround times when I need them! They have always taken great care of me since day one. There isn't much about this service provider they could do better but maybe more training opportunities? Maybe some hands-on experience would help out there too (I'm new here). This was definitely an easy decision once it came time to choose between two companies who were offering similar services/pricing etc. At least now if something does go wrong later down the road instead of having to chase someone from another country you know where your problems lie!
