Definitely the most favorite lard I've ever put in my backyard in Colorado. The number of birds this attracts is overwhelming. A few minutes ago I had over 10 tits huddled around one and saw many magpies, blue jays, northern flickers (woodpeckers), common grackles, mourning doves, finches and sparrows stopping to feast on this cake. I honestly can't resist. a whole cake in the feeder for a whole day from sunrise to sunset. You break it. If I refilled it every time they use it, I would use up the entire pack in a week. Unfortunately, this has made the product somewhat of a victim of its own success: I would have had to buy 12 packs of fat every week just to keep some in the feed!
