This is the biggest waste of money I've ever bought. The packaging was a joke, the burner base broke into several pieces but was still "working". The cones in particular smelled like burned chemicals when lit and I almost threw up when I saw how pungent the smoke really was. They had almost no taste at first. Incense in the form of a stick and spiral had a less unpleasant odor, but was obviously of poor quality, since most of the time it smelled like an extinguished match when burning. The only good thing I have to say is that it creates a smoke waterfall effect, annoying as it may be. If you decide to buy this (God help you) keep the burner and throw away all the incense. Buy real backwater cones from people who know what they're doing. Quality returns should be $11-$15 for $25, not $10 for $100. Anyone who says they like the scent has never sniffed real incense, or they are lying outright to justify their purchase. Ignore the positive reviews and stay away, GO. from this product.
