I didn't charge my phone
Connected to iPhone cable and tried to charge my iPhone, left it for an hour and when I came back it was still at one percent. I tried with a different cable and the same thing happens. I tried the same cables with another charging box I had and they charged right away, so we figured it was the box and not the cables. Was able to get a refund as it was defective
