UPDATE: It's been a month round trip. My original email mentioned that the phone case was cracked right next to the camera. (Looks like a defect?) Well I did what they asked and sent a picture and order number. Here I am a month later with a broken phone case and the guarantee sounds good but it is NOT an actual backup guarantee. Save your money and use the more popular brands "s" or even "spad". They have a history of simpler customer service that doesn't make you wait a whole month to get another phone case. For $39.99, I was expecting better customer service and a phone case that lasts at least a year. My phone. I used to buy UAG cases and they didn't seem feminine enough to me. I also couldn't attach the handle to the back of them. It has a smooth back that allows me to attach the device. The edges seem to protect the phone if dropped (scary thought!), and it's nice enough to show through my phone's color. I can only recommend this particular case. It's expensive, but it's an investment!
