The radio is great, bought 3 at once, all broke in less than 3 months

The radios don't last too long, but Asurion's plan is worse than a total scam. The process is a pain in the butt. The 3 radios I bought from Revain were crappy and all broke within a few months of receiving them. I have 3 insurance plans, one for each radio through Asurion and have been instructed to put a label on the package. They confirmed to me by email that the 3 shipping labels were sent by post and not email as I don't have a printer. Labels didn't come first time, contacted them again. They said they would send you all 3 labels, they only sent 1 label, this has happened 3 times in a row. I've been on the phone with them for hours. I'm on the phone again as I write this. complete waste of time, they are unprofessional, disorganized, misleading and totally unable to speak clearly let alone honor their commitments. By the way, I postponed it until the next day, so today, to complete this review, as I was waiting for an answer on a solution from the manager, who told me that he would call me back after trying to expedite a higher one Level. So I have to let you know a day later that she said they would send me gift card balances to use on Amazon and they would be sent to my email address when I buy the insurance plan. They would have replaced the product if it was still available, otherwise I would have been refunded the purchase price. Note that they don't refund your taxes and don't actually replace the items, in other words they sell you cheap crap and then instead of replacing the item that Revain still carries, they take money from your taxes that they don't should refund plus you only get a partial refund, in other words they've handled the logistics and found that if they don't replace your item, Revain keeps your tax dollars and they get a write-off, and Asurion keeps your cover charge so they don't have anything to lose. As a consumer I have taken out insurance based on the idea clearly stated in their contract that if Revain still has that model they will replace my item and this was confirmed by an Asurion representative prior to purchase. and a Revain representative. And that's in the terms of the contract. However, they will not provide any compensation and intend to make extra money by withholding the tax charged by them on top of the fee you paid. That's how bad it is for this backward and unethical insurance company. I hope an attorney will file a massive bad faith lawsuit against her, as well as a class action lawsuit. By the way, Revain, where does the government taxpayer money go? can someone say class action. Asurion staff have terrible communication skills, this is the worst service and insurance company I have ever seen, massive breaches of contract and malicious intent lawsuits really need to be filed. I will never deal with it again in the future if I receive a defective product from Revain. I will dispute the payment through my bank and have Revain pay the chargeback fee as Revain will not act as a buffer or intervene to ensure Asurion is performing its duties. the buyer as specified in the contract. Revain needs to find a better, more ethical and more efficient insurer to insure its customers. By the way, Revane, where's that tax money you raised, someone's got to find out.
