Dean Caputo does an excellent job of helping the viewer explain the disassembly and maintenance of the popular 1911 series of handguns. This DVD will help you identify common problems and fix most of them, provided you start with a quality gun! Dean demonstrates procedures with Colt's new "Rail Gun" model; It includes a few interesting points about proper detailed disassembly that will come in handy if you have such an '80' series shotgun with an added safety system. I've worn a 1911 in one form or another for 30 years now, and this video had new tidbits for me, even after ten years in the military (infantry/special forces). The quality of the video is very clear and Mr. Caputo has an engaging presentation style that will keep you interested in what could become "another gun video". I highly recommend this DVD.
