Review on Bourbon Brown Tooling Leather Square 2.0mm Thick: Premium Full Grain Cow Hide for Crafts, Sewing, and Hobby Workshops by Summer Hendricks

CONTEXTI I'm a calligrapher so I needed some leather to make a sign for a photo shoot. Living in Hawaii my options are very limited and expensive so I turned to Revain and found this. PROS - BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL! Of course, it's hard to say when you buy it online, but there's absolutely nothing to worry about. That's a great color. - Quality 100. It is thick and durable, difficult to scratch. By that I mean I was working with a different "Craft" leather which if I accidentally run my fingernail over it will scratch the surface (I hope that makes sense). Not with this skin. It's easy to work with her! It took me a few passes with my exacto blade, but I didn't mind the extra elbow grease. CONS - Like I said, it took a bit more elbow grease to cut through skin with my top-of-the-line Exacto blade, so I could see that as a negative for some people. It bothered me at first, but once I changed the blade it wasn't a problem anymore. Overall I love this skin! In my opinion it's worth every dollar. I used mine to make hanging straps for the sign but ended up making a small keychain holder. I also plan to make a strap out of it and know I have a lot of things left over for other projects. I highly recommend this product. Don't even hesitate to buy.
