Review on ๐Ÿ”ด G-Force 7000RD Red SFI 16.1 Rated 5-Point Pull-Down Camlock Individual Shoulder Harness Set - Enhanced Safety for High-Performance Drivers by Robert Helstrom

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not bad suspension for the money, despite poor chrome plating and a short SFI date.

Pros: The pressure plates snap into the buckle very well without effort and also pop out of the buckle with small springs when the lever is rotated. The pressure plates also move from side to side, allowing for better adjustment than some other buckle designs. Cons: The chrome plating on one of my printing plates is so thin that the base copper coating can be seen through. thin chrome. Not a big problem, but it doesn't look good on the new suspension. The camlock buckle doesn't weigh the advertised 165g, it only weighs the body but definitely not the whole buckle! The stitching isn't great in places but I expect it will be secure and as a few other reviews have said Revain still seems to be selling seat belts that have short SFI dates. Both of my tether straps are going to run out in two months! Overall I would recommend these leashes. The cam lock buckle works very well with excellent adjustment of the straps, the quality is generally good (the chrome plating on my second strap is fine) and the price is good too. Too bad Revain still sells sets of SFI short dates.
