Review on Efficient Key Programmer and Key Fob Designed for Chrysler, 🔑 Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Volkswagen Vehicles: Easy Keyless Entry Remote Fob & Key by Bradley Wacks

The concept seems great, the key fob itself seems fine but the dial on the nozzle wasn't centered on a number so we weren't sure where to start. We tried this twice, once with each number on the side the dial was pointing to for reference, but neither worked. Throughout the package were links to quick help from customer support. We called California while we were in the car, but they said it was an east coast number, so it wasn't available. On another attempt another day, the message immediately came that we could wait "due to unusually high volume of calls" (or similar) or leave a message with no indication of how long the wait might be. Barely an hour later we called back ) and left a message for a return call that didn't come that day or the next or the next. I have decided to return the item for as many reasons as possible. So I don't know how well that would work with an intact unit or with any kind of after-sales service, but I know what I did with this company! I hope others have had better experiences!
