This rating refers to a milk frother. I bought my first 3 years ago and it still works great. I had previously tried a Kuissential manual milk frother and it worked great for a few months but then the motor kept cutting out (I bought 2, both broke and they sent me new ones, but both broke too). I was hesitant to try this, mainly because I thought it would be too tedious/tedious to froth the milk by hand. But it's easy and lathers up in 20-30 visits. Also, I left my matcha latte on the table for a couple of hours and when I came back the foam was as thick and stable as ever. Here's how I do it: I heat my Silk/Bonsoy soy milk in the microwave and then pour it into a milk frother. Dive 20-30 times. I find 40-60 (which is recommended) makes the foam too thick for me. i love silky Add it to espresso or matcha mixed with water. It's easy to make and makes a great morning ritual or afternoon treat. I definitely saved a lot as soy milk is always worth the extra bucks on the outside. I moved abroad and left my first one with my mom and just bought a second one. i love this shop
