I expect the fake micro plane to work like one. Unfortunately, instead of turning the citrus peel into a thin peel after a laborious and dangerous effort, splinters of the pithy bitter peel protrude. The teeth are too aggressive and produce results more like a grater than a raisin. I thought I could save a few bucks, but I'm going back to the micro plan.
- EASY STORAGE WITH TWO CONVENIENT HOLES: one in the handle, one at the end of the blade; hang it up or just throw it in the crockery drawer.
