As other reviewers have pointed out, the packaging on this product is insanely wasteful - since each nozzle is hermetically sealed, Oral-B is able to reduce packaging by 90% and doesn't sacrifice anything. and it has nothing to do with keeping the nozzles from germs, it's just marketing to make sure people can see the product at Costco from 200 feet away. At the same time, the cost of branded nozzles is overpriced. But they are still better than any discount nozzle on the market. Especially if you want a soft or delicate brush. For my money I am willing to pay more for quality and the GumCare tips have now permanently replaced the standard Sensitive tips. I find GumCare much more convenient.
