I received this box and have been working on it ever since, but the default applications are fine. I'm used to chopsticks and it's incomparable! I haven't had a problem with anything so far, but the company has promised to help me if I do. The mouse switch is very similar to sticks, but here I have a lot of options.

Good box works fine but HDMI cable and remote control were defective. I can only use the remote to turn the box on and off, for everything else I have to use the mouse, and the HDMI cable showed some weird lines after 12 hours of use, so I changed the cable and the picture was fine.

This ZSRbox seller seems to have thought that it would be a good idea to send me a used item, not a new one that has been dropped and broken in one was and is in an unknown condition. I bought this TV box as an upgrade to an old TV box. Compared to him, this little box is much more powerful. I didn't have any connection problems. The downloaded apps work fine. I'm not a power user so I can't confirm how well it performs under heavy use. I can ensure that this box is great for most general users and handles my IPTV applications with ease.

The remote control does not work. Worked well enough with a USB keyboard. So far so good. Bought to upgrade a still usable Android box but add an extra TV. The speed is good and the price is good. Time will tell if it holds up.

Great product was a little apprehensive at first, bought it to run kodi and plex and it works great with them plus lots of other options great speeds and great overall for graphics. UPDATE: For some reason I can't get my remote to work anymore, if anyone could help me or if I could contact the manufacturer somehow. until the remote works.

The worst TV box ever. I used to have many consoles, this one is worse, waste of money. Time disobeying remote resets if you try to go back to a previous view.
