Sturdy, not fragile, handles rotate easily. I would say five stars BUT this blush/pink color is like tie dye when it fades. Every 5-10 hangers out of 50 are damaged. I don't have time to go back as I'm moving, but for damaged items I could go downtown LA and pay less. I bought four boxes of these and paid $109 in taxes. Damaged hangers are a lot of money. All four boxes opened and they are equally broken, faded and damaged. Before choosing this company, I carefully studied the reviews. I'm disappointed as I feel I could have paid the same price or a little more to have better packaging to avoid this damage or maybe better quality to avoid fading when these hangers should be new but they seem pretty damn used.
