I have a stuck oil filter on my Porsche 944 S2. There is very little room for this filter in this car and it was actually welded on. Filter pliers, strap wrenches and a screwdriver trick didn't help. In desperation I ordered both sizes from Revain. Mine turned out to be the smaller size, but I'm keeping them both. Unfold the two handles, place it on the filter and turn it with a 3/8" ratchet. It will slip a little at first, then the teeth will dig into the filter and settle on its own. After it slides seated he can easily handle the rod if needed.After a very hard tug the filter dislodged.This tool saved me the hours it took me to hammer the filter in and pry the rubber grommet off the filter assuming I could reach at all. I never do product reviews, but this device was a real find. When you don't have options, and even when you don't, this thing is just amazing.
