I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I suggest you do the same. Purchased and installed: Z36-1363 Power Stop Pads and AR8654XPR rotors. I installed them on my truck and from day one they were wrong. I installed them correctly (I've stalled many times in my life). They make that grinding noise when they brake hard. I ran them through the break-in procedure as recommended by Power Stop about 6 times, but the noise never went away. Now that the warranty period has expired (3 months? Come on!) they start to squeak even at very low revs. Power Stop told me it was fine. How is it normal when one of the key factors they use to tell you when to replace your brakes is when they start making squeaking noises? I contacted Power Stop about loops. They told me that repeating the disconnect procedure would fix the problem. I then contacted them again and said the noise was still there and they said it was out of warranty and they couldn't help me. They also told me their 3 year warranty only covers cracks (probably the rotors) so it's useless. I assume the warp will leave you alone as well due to its support policy. The kicker that pushed me over the edge was Power Stop who told me their pads had failed and that they recommended replacing them. Even though they know from the start that their product is defective. It was time to tackle the brakes on my wife's car and I almost bought a power stop. So glad I waited. From now on I will conduct my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
