This is a good frying pan starter set, suitable for a couple or maybe a student. The pans themselves are quite light which is good for me as a disabled person prone to dislocating joints easily. They also look very unusual on the stove. Particularly easy to clean. I followed the directions and poured some oil into the pans and then wiped them down with kitchen paper before using them. They also cook very quickly and if you use a saucepan they have a great steam hole so they don't overcook. It is also very important not to let the flame get too high in order not to damage the outside of the pans. They are big enough to seat 3-4 people max, so you can take larger pans with you. if you plan to cook more. Pot lids have a grip at the top to release steam so your face/glasses don't get blown by the steam when you're checking the food, which is handy. I really liked the small frying pan, it's ideal for making an omelette, it doesn't burn at all. This set of pots and pans comes highly recommended.
