
This fixed the cooling fan in our 2005 Chevy Trailblazer EXT. However, there was only one problem. . . The length of the cable connecting to the fan motor was too short. Compared to the old cable (I'm talking about the red and black cable) it was about 2 cm shorter. never mind All I had to do was connect a couple of cable extensions. Great. My previous fan only ran at speed 5.1-4, didn't work at all. I read somewhere that speed 5 bypasses resistance, so it worked. The old resistor was cracked and there weren't really any parts. Quick and easy repair !
