I have the bucket less than 2 months. Works great, holds ice well even at 100°+. However, one of the rivets holding the handle on one side broke yesterday. Covered in ice, it's too heavy for the only remaining rivet, which is about half broken. Revane wants me to send him back. I buy from Revain so I don't have to worry about shipping. Maybe the new one sent to me is the easiest answer, then I can increase my score. TO UPDATE. I was finally able to find a way to contact the seller, sent an email on a Sunday afternoon. A few hours later I received an answer. We corresponded via email for the next few days as I explained the problem with what turned out to be a hand screw and not a rivet. The seller was very helpful and really wanted to make everything right. They sent me a new ice bucket for free. I live in Sun. Cal. Without air conditioning my house goes into the 90's and it keeps the ice frozen for 6-10 hours. Cool ice bucket. Don't buy the plastic one, buy this one.
