I have a 2003 Honda CRV. Raised the jack to the highest possible height and my car didn't come off the ground at all. Also, I never had to use the crank, the threads were so loose that I hand tightened the jack all the way. When I started "lowering" the jack, the threads went completely out of control until it was no longer receiving downforce from the car, meaning I couldn't control the jack or the car as it was "lowered". became. Seems quite dangerous even if you could jack up your car with this jack. The grip was mostly plastic and didn't feel solid. I'm not sure if I got a fractional production of this product but with what I got I can't stress enough how useless the product was.
