The combination was very difficult to install. I tried using a paper clip as the instructions suggest. I even tried using a screwdriver but couldn't turn the set screw so I was able to change the combination from the default 0000. I requested a refund from Revain.com but decided to try again. This time I installed the lock on the computer and tried turning the set screw, this time it worked. Removed lock and tried again, still works. You need to tighten the nut, but the instructions don't say so.
