Review on APDTY 857413 DLA Door Lock Actuator Motor Left: Unlock Your Car's Door Effortlessly by Melvin Balamani

I bought this product and after 5 months of use it started making a loud grinding noise. As it was still under warranty a replacement part was sent but it didn't work at all (checked the old one which worked with a grinding noise, disconnected and reconnected the new one which didn't respond). The cost to install and the time it takes to replace this part is more hassle than it's worth ($18). After looking at other reviews and posts, this grinding noise issue is a known and existing problem. So be careful when you buy this product. I was hoping to read the reviews more carefully before purchasing. I give it 5 for customer service and 1 star for product quality as it's unreliable in my experience. I hope management looks for defective items and works to ensure they are selling a quality product.
